Refunds are issued by two modes –
1) Physical Product replacement / Exchange (30 Day Replacement Guarantee) – In case of damaged, faulty, ‘Defective’ condition, or incorrect items we would replace it with a new one, upon receipt of the returned item. You may request a replacement at no extra cost. Exchange / Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
2) Refund (10 Days refund Guarantee)- In case you do not wish to receive the replacement, you would receive refund of paid amount. Before refund, you have to return: Original packaging and all physical items originally included by the manufacturer or IFS (including all manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items etc.).
3) NO REFUND : No Refund for all Online services, Certifications, Memberships, Opinions, Forensic Reports, Fingerprinting, Online Exam Fees and Consultancy, Delayed Refund Requests etc.
Deductions Apply: Taxes, Service Fee, Payment Gateway Charges, Bank Charges, Convenience Fees etc.
Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details. Replacement / Exchange is available for all items. Refund is available for all physical products & not available for online products (e.g. eBooks) / online services and freebies for obvious reasons. Regarding complete online products and services, Refunds can be initiated for the following reasons: double and/or accidental deposits; a course applied for has been cancelled by IFS or Only in case he/she does not get a seat, unauthorized payments.
